IPPL is manufacturing and marketing various petroleum products and lube additives under brand name TIBAL & IPSOL. Incorporated 1n 1996, IPPL has an outstanding position in the market of petroleum products and lubricants. The company has proven excellent capabilities to solve practical problems of its clients in the lubricants industry, such as the development of TIBALCUT-XLC for Indian Air Force and development of TIBALCUT-NCV for SONA-OKIGAWA Ltd, Alco-Gel for DRDO and various other defence disciplines.
The company is Headed by Dr Y.K.Gupta, a Retd. Senior Research Executive at R&D Center, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Faridabad. He has a vast experience of Research & Development in Petroleum Refining, Lubricants and in particular in Synthesis of Additives for Lubricants and Petroleum Industry.
PRODUCT RANGE
IPPL manufactures and markets all types of petroleum products e.g., all types of Soluble and Neat Cutting Oils, Rolling oils, Antitrust formulations, Engine oils, Gear Oils, Quenching oils, Hydraulic oils and all other tailor-made industrial oils. We at IPPL specialises in Metal working Fluids and manufactures state-of-the-art Soluble Cutting Oil emulsifier“IPSOL-23”. IPPL currently markets this product to National and Multinational oil companies in India. IPPL manufactures synthetic high TBN calcium sulphonates “IP-300” for blending Marine Oils and other Engine Oil Additives. “IP-300” has been approved by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd for their use in greases.
IPPL manufactures TIBAL GREASE SUPER-HT from high TBN synthetic Calcium Sulphonates. IPPL also blends viscosity index improvers from imported elastomers. For undertaking manufacturing of above chemicals, IPPL has a state of the art reactor of 5 Mts capacity, a blending vessel of 12 Mts and two blending vessels of 4 Mts each for the blending of lubricating oils. The manufacturing of the above specialities using batch processes grants flexibility to the operations of IPPL, allowing the production of a wide variety of additives and lubricants with very high-quality standards and guaranteed delivery deadlines for the customers.
Additionally, IPPL has its own quality assurance and development laboratory, for the production of new products in miniature scale (2-5 ) litres.
